This large yo-yo maker is designed with two circular discs that have evenly spaced stitch holes and interlocking jagged ends. You need to simply place the fabric in between the discs, snip off the extra fabric around these discs and sew the fabric edges through the larger disc’s edge holes. Complete the entire circle, remove the discs and you have yo-yos that can be used to decorate table runners, totes, clothing, quilts and more.
